West Allis now has two versions of its beloved Crawdaddy’s, a Creole- and Cajun-style restaurant.

Officially called the Original Crawdaddy’s Roadhouse, at 9638 W. National Ave., the new restaurant, which features the likes of John Klug, a longtime chef of the original establishment, made its soft opening July 10.
