It was three years ago when a group of Latino chefs in Milwaukee first started talking about gathering to support each other and the community. Saturday, Aug. 17 will be Chef Latinos Wisconsin’s first public dinner, a buffet outdoors to benefit St. Adalbert Church and School on the south side.
